When the summer heat hits the city hard and you're suffocating in Milan or Turin, locking yourself in an air-conditioned shopping mall is not the answer. The truth is, you need a place where the water is crystal clear, the air is fresh, and you can have some serious fun.

If you are looking for the best canyoning Aosta Valley has to offer, this place is Torrente Chalamy, the undisputed king of the region.

If you're craving wild nature, a good dose of adrenaline, and that thrill that makes you completely clear your mind, you have to try it.

Three Canyoning Routes in Aosta Valley: Which One is Yours?

Let’s face it: canyoning isn't "one size fits all." Some people just want to have fun without overdoing it, while others are hunting for a major thrill. That’s why we have designed three different routes within the Chalamy canyon, tailored to fit exactly what you are looking for:

  • The Family Route (ages 6 and up): Specially designed for those who want to experience an adventure with the kids. It’s a route packed with a succession of slides and jumps (all optional)—pure fun for both children and adults!

  • The Full Progression (First-Timer): Ideal if it’s your first time but you still want to experience 360-degree canyoning. You’ll learn progression techniques and tackle rope descents, slides, and jumps, always at a difficulty level that's perfect for beginners.

  • The Adrenaline Route: Are you a mountain enthusiast looking for strong emotions? This is the one for you. A playful first section full of jumps and slides, followed by a more technical second part with abseils up to 33 meters.

"Okay, what do I need to bring?"

We’ve got you covered when it comes to the technical gear. We provide a 5mm neoprene wetsuit, neoprene socks, harness, and helmet.

All you need to pack in your backpack is:

  1. A pair of sneakers or light hiking shoes to get wet (no water shoes/aqua shoes, you need real shoes with a good grip that hold up on wet rock).

  2. Swimwear and a towel.

  3. A desire to get wet and jump into the adventure!

What are you waiting for? Choose your route and contact us right away to book your adventure in the Aosta Valley!
